Sheila E. played a smoking set at The Ritz on September 13th, 1984. The crowd was dancing, jumping and moving to the rhythm of her drums. Then, Prince walks out and blows away the crowd with his vocals and guitar on “When Doves Cry”. They leave the crowd begging for more as he and Shelia fade into the night.
