MIles Davis, New York City 1986

Miles Davis in the studio playing on Steve Van Zandt's "I Ain't Gonna Play Sun City." I walked in following Miles alone in to the recording booth. He started to say "You Can't Go There." I was told everyone outside got very nervous that I had gone in with him and no one wanted to upset Miles. Then they realized he was improvising about going to Sun City and started to play. I knew this would be one of the highlights in my life to be alone with Miles as he played.
