The photograph appears on the cover of Linda Ronstadt's "Living In The USA" album. It was taken at my studio in Beverly Hills, CA on June 25, 1978. It was chosen from thousands of images that I had shot of Linda roller skating in a my studio and around Los Angeles. At the time the photograph was taken, roller skating had become popular and seemed like a perfect theme to accompany the title of the record ,"Living In The USA".
