Shortly before Maggie May turned lead singer into a star, the Faces were already hugely popular in the Detroit area, coming through town playing different venues many times on the same tour. On this tour they also brought along a circus, high wire acts the whole bit. Good old Nikon 35mm lens gets some credit here for the wonderful lens flair, can't do that on digital. This photo was featured in the recent Stay With Me Anthology collection.
