Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers were the first act onstage in Philadelphia after the London Finale had been broadcast, finding this out at the last minute he added American Girl to the setlist which followed with The Waiting, Rebels and at the conclusion of Refugee he walked to the front of the stage waving his Rickenbacker Guitar high!
