The Everly Brothers--Phil (L) and Don (R), were early Rock & Roll heroes, appearing on the Ed Sullivan Show more than once. In 1970 they were performing on a farm near Wadena, Iowa, in that state's first--and last--Rock Festival. The festival was originally scheduled for Galena, Illinois, but was barred from there at the last minute, and moved one state over to give Iowa a try.
